I bought a 740 VR last week with region 2 in comet, and i am looking
forward to make it region free. So i found the above site.
But i haven`t tried it. Looks like they charge something for doing so.

I bought one of those Philips 740 dvd/vcr recently (£130) and was wondering if you have found a way of making it region free yet. I have just come across this site and just tried that web site but it doesn`t exist anymore.
