Page 1 of MEDION MD 4718 - help

I have bought a medion dvd stereo but it will not play some dvds with the blue menu. Has anybody got one of these and got the same problem.
Also need a hack to play all regions

Try using this hack for region free.*note when you use this hack there will be no on screen menu that will appear* Best way to test if it`s worked is put in disc`s from different regions eg region 1 or 2.Tested the Matrix &
Hollowman,both of which are supposed to be problem disc`s,both worked.

1.Power on the player
2.Open the tray.
3.Press setup.
4.Press 0 for region free,or desired region number.
5.Press pause.
6.Press << Skip back
7.Press >> Skip forward
8.Press setup.

PS.Does your player give off a buzz when other equipment are attached eg video - digital tv etc?
