Page 1 of How can I upgrade a Toshiba SD220 to multi-region????

I know that it cannot be done by a simple handset hack, but how do I upgrade it?
Do I need to chip it, or is a simple firmware upgrade available?

Where is a good chip supplier/fitter if that is what is needed?

I downloaded it but still have not used it so I cannot say whether it works or not.

It can be done in 10 seconds that all it takes to put the cd in and run it,you download from the tiscali site as some one else has told you,but when you unzip do`nt do the usual that most people do and just copy to cd,you will need a copy of nero or cd mate also......any probs email yanetruoceirrab[at]enod.......moc.loa loads and still got plenty of cd`s already to run........barrie
