Page 1 of Magnavox Region Password request??.......

recently a friend of mine in the United States has tried to hack his Magnavox 410 or Magnavox 412 not sure which one, however, when we actually got the region code changed to play region 2 it comes up with please enter password. could anyone please help as i in need of playing my region 2 dvd`s which i brought over here, cheers.

Found this on another website.. don`t know if it will work though..
setting region on the MDV412 is the same as on the MDV410:
1. power on
2. open tray
3. press 9999
4. press the region # of the disk you want to play or 0 for region-free operation
5. insert and play the disk
