Page 1 of Jwin JD-VD130 Region Hack Needed.

I also need this hack, I`ve tried some hacks for other models but with no luck.
I`ve found one that said to enter the setup, there press 1,3,6,9 and the version menu should appear,, also tried pressing left arrow 3 times and right arrow 1 after pressing 1,3,6,9 but nothing.. also tried with the tray open and closed..
The code is 1369 because is the same as the parental lock as i read in other forums.

any functional hack for this device??

I have a Roadstar system and this 1369 hack worked for it.. but I have to say it is tricky to enter. don`t stand too close to the unit, and press the keys firmly and carefully on the remote. It took me a few goes to get it right. Then again they could have changed the software.. also try the bush 255 hack.

Some of the models use different hacks.
So try this and respond if it works or not.

Open Tray

Press Program Once

Than press Enter Three Times

Then you should see the region menu

Just use the arrow key down to change it to All Region.

Respond if it works or not. 8)

I tried your hack but it is only visual, the region change does not really happen it seems that this menu is for viewing purposes only. you can also access macrovison :D by pressing the zoom button instead of the prog one in your instructions. Still though a change does not happen. If you please can help me with this since I stuck with a reg1 player in a reg2 market :( . Thanks in advance. :)

hey, i tried your method and it seems to work, the problem is I don`t know what to after changng the region, I can`t save the option, I don`t know how to reset the player

You just have to press the Stop (square) button after changing the region setting to 0 and a message will appear indicating that the region setting was changed.
That`s all.

My player accepts the SET UP, 1,3,6,9 crack for Region free, but does anyone knows how to disable the Macrovision protection? (I`ve tried the ZOOM, ENTER, ENTER, ENTER already but didn`t work) thanks,
