Page 1 of Daewoo DVD

I bought a Daewoo DVD from Argos. I`m sure it has a hidden set-up page for multi-region access. Can anyone help with details of how to access this page. I phoned Daewoo`s customer helpline but they insist its only UK model available is Region 2. Many thanks.

Is the Daewoo not the same beast as the Scan? If it is then with no disc in the machine, pressing setup, title,step and next in quick succesion on the remote control will enable the "secret menu". Once in there scroll down to "Region Id" and set it to bypass.
