Page 1 of Marantz 890 model hack not working...please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please can anyone help with the following as we are dsperate!!!!!!
My boyfriend has a Marantz 890 and tried several times to use the hack but just ended up with a red screen. `No Disc` was meant to be displayed on the player after putting the hack in but it didn`t, he reset it several times but still nothing happened. Does anyone know what else he can do? Thanks!

Can you tell code for 5th region, because on my 890 it also now is broken (region 5 disks a not readeble new).
