I read a message on this site somewhere that said, if you put the DVD into the player, then, as the DVD tries to load, keep on pressing the Program button on your remote, you will eventually manage to get up a menu, basically, using the remote you need to go through the menu and program it to play the scenes you want.
IE. for scene 1 of the movie you would need to type in TT01 CH01, for scene 2, TT02 CH02, and so on and so on,
When you have eventually done this and pressed enter, then your DVD should play, I have this DVD player, I have tried all the other codes given on this forum, and had no success, this is the only hack that I know of that works.
The biggest problem with this hack (And I mean BIG) is that all through the movie it displays Wrong region in the top left hand corner, that you cannot get rid of, and also, it brings up the english subtitles, which you also cant get rid of.
Oh, and by the way, once DVD is playing, pray that you don`t have to answer the door, phone, or go to the loo, as you cant pause, stop, fast forward, rewind, skip, or access the menu.
But, as I say it does play region 1 DVDs, but is not a fantastic hack.
Better than nothing though, rumour has it there is no known hack for this DVD player, and I am beginning to think that its right, Someone bought theirs from Dixons, and they supposedly gave him the hack for it, but it didnt work, and when they went back, they gave him a refund, and said it couldnt be done, so he bought a player he could hack.
Other than this, I cant help you, but if you do find a better way, could you let me know please??
