Page 1 of Grundig GDV 220

Hi all, I`ve just bought the DVD model above and I`m trying to get into the `Hidden` menu to put in the region crack. For some reason I cannot get into or see the hidden menu! Am I doing something wrong ? has anybody else had similar problems or is there a new hack for the region settings? Please help half my collection is useless without the region crack.

The hack for the gdv 220 is as followed:

make sure there is no disk in the machine, turn machine off. Hold down the open/close buttons and skip forward buttons on machine the turn it back on. As soon as you press the on button press down the stop button for a couple of secs and the hidden menu should appear......
