Page 1 of Multi Region hack for the Samsung MAX-945D needed

Does anyone know how to get this machine so i can watch multi regional discs on it as im in Region 2 :(

I`ve been trying to hack this player for months now but with no luck. Try all the Samsung hacks available to see if they work on your player, go to www.709online.com or .co.uk. Theres an older thred on here about the MAX-945D with quite a bit of info on trying to hack it so try a search on the forums. There was a bloke somwhere in south africa or sumthin and he said he managed to hack his player with a universal Samsung DVD remote but they are`t really that easy to get hold of over here. Keep tryin and let us know if ya hack the bloody thing cus it`s really p***ing me off now!!

I dont have a sam-max-945d, but the samsung seem to have the same software embeded in them all. Put in a region 1 disk till it says it wont play disk

Eject disk with the remote control ( BUT LEAVE DISK IN THE TRAY ).
press the REPEAT key and enter 387671 and repeat key again.(region 1 )
enter them fast before it says load on front of display, if its like the new dvd combi the tray will start to close and will play the disk.

If it works, when you switch off the unit it will convert back to region 2.
