Hello Alan,

Check one of the PlayStation sites; there`s at least one modification disc available (I believe HMV used to sell one for £9.99) but they get mixed reviews. Alternatively, there`s a firm in Dundee that will fit a chip for £80 which (they say) allows unrestricted access to DVD`s or game discs from any region, copies or originals.

Yes, hello. I have heard from an E-bay user that a magic disk and a flip screen can be used to modify your playstation to be able to use the multi-scan ability (it can play PAL)
You can find those items on E-bay.

Also I have found this site containing info on some gizmo of sorts!
