Just bought this DVD player/recorder moved abroad and now cant use it. Help pse.

I have the same player. Just trying to find a code for it. Did you have any joy?

Well, I had to pay for this from Ebay, but do the following:

with no disc in player
1) press dvd/rec
2) return
3) info
4) 8880 region any
8881 region 1
8882 region 2
8883 region 3
8884 region 4
8885 region 5
8886 region 6

never say you dont get anything for free!

PS I did this and nothing appears on the screen. I thought I`d been conned but I put a R1 disc in and it worked! Now watching my Region 1 Lost on my player! Get in!
