Any hacks for this new model and does it work ???

power on your player

press open/close

press zoom

press a/b

press up,left,down,right

dvd player may show region free message, switching of the machine will not reset the region free code

Is this player any good ???

This worked first time for me

Power on your player
Open drawer
Place in a Region 1 DVD
Dont close drawer
Press "0,1,2,3" on original remote
Press "Play"
Drawer closes and plays your region 1 disk
Your player will now play any DVD.
If your player ever needs to be repaired for any reason you can reset back to region 2 only by the same procedure as above but with a region 2 disk instead.
This remote hack works, as ive tested it with most of the difficult dvds Matrix, Gladiator etc.
