Does anyone know how I can make my system region free?

Also is there anyway to make it play cdrs??

it has to be chipped but it`s a Panasonic clone so cant play CDR

Incase you`re still interested, try looking at techtronics.com. They do a chip that they`ll fit or you can DIY. Free pick up and delivery and a 1yr guarantee. DIY is a lot cheeper though if you`re confident of your own handywork. Their chip (called Multimod) gives regions 1 to 6 compatability and a VCR mode that disables the Macrovision encryption so you can record them to video (if you should so wish).
