I just bought a new player and was told by the fella in Dixons that it was possible to hack it via some code on the remote control. Is this true??? Thanks...

A bit underhand is this .... not mentioning that you are connected with this company and coming across as a customer ....

"mod is pal 60 output as well so you can record dvds on a normal standard video"

Whoops there you go talking crap again .... you need PAL50 to record . on a normal video ... Duh !!

At least your company has an address and not just a PO Box number Steve (and you don`t have as many spelling errors on your web site (just an annoying pop up :-)))

But to get back to the original posting.......there are no free hacks for the SD100 - you`ll need to get it chipped/uploaded. Chipping will give you mac off too.
