I know this is an old message, but I found this on amazon. Toshiba SD-26VB Multi Region DVD / VCR Combi
Ensure that you open DVD tray and no disc is loaded on the tray Press `pause` key and 3,1,4,1,5,9, consecutively on remote control Change regional code to "0" Press `pause` key Finish
I would be interested to know if you thought this combi unit was any good, Im thing of getting one.
