I bought my player from these guy`s

Multi region on the 505 is software, which mean`s you simply play one cd to erase the current bios, then play the other to apply the new hacked bios.

The DIY option would be the best for this, but disabling macrovision requires opening the case.

so if you want both I would have them do it, remember one thing, if your machine is opened by anyone but the people you bought it from your warranty becomes invalid, that is why I bought mine Multiregion & macro hacked from these guy`s as I don`t have to worry If the machine break`s down in the first year.

I did pay 340 which is bit pricey, but it has removed any worries I had!

I found my first problem disk = LIFEFORCE R1

The menu load`s in,
Playing the movie is fine,
Selecting Scenes is fine,
Changing Sound is fine,
But the trailer doesn`t work:(

The sound start`s playing from it skippy no picture.
If you select the track from the keypad the picture comes up in pieces
This is what I cal real artefacts.

I bought this movie as it`s sfx where great for the time & not for the fact that Mathilda May goes through the entire movie in the buff:P

I didnt relise about the copyright. The 505 i got was a prezzy from some relitives that went home to the land of ozz. I got no reciept so the warrenty thing is not so important.

Would i need to do both methords or can i get away with just disabling the marcovision, if so how would this be done. thanks for your time once again, im begining to be a pain in the ass.

One last thing my copywrite is my crap spelling. this copywrite if breached would resault in cufk ankerw watt which you can buy for £0.00.

I dont know whay you do to disable macrosvision, but if you bought the DIY kit they would probably send you a chip and instructions, as well as the multi region disk`s.

If you just wanted the cheaper multiregion you would get a couple of easy to install disk`s.
