Does any kind person have a hack code for the LG DR175? I`d be really grateful

Try this - I`ve got a DR175 (got it as part of a package deal with the LG 32LC2D LCD TV!!)

With NO DISC (Can use tray open)

Power On (optional tray open)
press HOME on remote

Use arrows to select SETUP

Arrow and enter for start menu

Down 4 to LOCK icon

enter 0000000 (press 0 seven times!)

This toggles between region protect and region free
tested works w/ PAL R2 disks on USA R1 NTSC system

Simply read the blog navigate to the hyperlink "firmware code" and it`ll direct you to a very small file

I did exactly this downed and burnt the file to Cd and applied it to my Tesco LG DR175
Voila!
Now multi region

PS tried the suggested hack using the remote control codes-didn`t work for me
