According to Toshiba-Service Germany a remote hack exits from rc2 to multi-region, but they cannot tell (not allowed):
Until now i know 2 "features":
zoom-6-0-6-zoom : the firmware
zoom-1-0-2-zoom : sd-210e is waiting for a disc (firm upgrade? - do not know until now)
