Where To Buy Mod Chip For Panasonic Rv21u?

I need help to find a mod chip for panasonic Rv21-u preferably a website. I bought this reg 1player off of ebay, but it won`t play region 1 discs only vcds. Thanks for the help

There are a few to choose from but we use www.switch-it-on.co.uk as they are very helpful
