Page 1 of Wharfedale 750 hacks....tried them all with no luck. Any suggestions

I`ve tried all the hacks that seem to have been written in this forum. Can anyone think of anything else?.....and could it be that Wharfedale or Tesco have now changed these so that they play R2 only?
Any suggestions? .......apart from the usual

Have tried the 0,1,2,3, play hack, and the ones for the 750S. The only region one disk I have is The patriot, so I have also checked the 40 pin firmware ic and it reads CS=CBE8, which should apparently play the disk, but nothing has worked. Any further hacks, Ideas or comments would be appreciated!!!!!!!!

i am glad to see i am not the only person with this problem, my 750 has been hacked since last february and i have had no problems with R1 discs until i bought the Patriot.none of the hacks seem to make a difference. all i get on the screen is a nice picture telling me that my machine has been modified. can anyone help me at all.
