Has anyone discovered a multi region hack for mikomi model ds8668?

Just bought one from Argos recently and haven`t found a multiregion hack so far.

Any luck, other owners?

Hi,
Became a bit frustrated with my machine so tried some guesswork. All I`ve managed to find is that pressing 1234 with or without the tray out gives a display in the top left hand corner of 05.00.02.05

I`ve no idea what it is, perhaps a version number?
