I wonder if anyone can assist with a multi region hack for the above DVD player purchased today?

I have tried 2812 and enter but it doesn`t work.

i have used the following on mine and it worked


Open tray
Press 9 five times

The number nine should then appear on the right hand corner of your screen

Thats all there is to it.

Hi I am looking for hack for the 585-150 Red DVD player, Can anyone help? Bloody greedy film companies who only put these regions in place in order to control pricing to their liking.

Yeah, this really works (open tray, Press 9 five times, until 9 appears on the top right corner of screen). I can now watch my Region 1 dvd's no problem on my RED HDMI DVD PLAYER SKU 124505764. THANKS!!!

I needed to go into setup, then enter 99999 for my 585-158
