Page 1 of Lennoxx Sound DVD Hack needed

Need a hack for the Lennoxx Sound DVD 2002 player. I really want to see my Beatles DVD from Japan, here in Canada.

I saw this unit on display at a CompUSA in New York City. The splash screen is the same "Three Dolphins" screen from the Mustek/Classic 2.01 firmwear. The store didn`t have the remote control laying around so I couldn`t try it for myself.

1) go to the top page of the setusp screen and use the remote to quickly input NEXT,STOP,STEP,PREVIOUS,NEXT. If this doesn`t work, below.

2) On the top page of the setup screen, press VOL +,VOL -, VOL+, VOL -. After a few presses it should say VER #N in the upper right corner. Use you cursor left/right key to set the VER # to 255. That will be zone free.

How to change the region code of Lenoxx HT-600



1. Press Power on from your remote control to boot up your Lenoxx HT-600

2. Press the Open button on your remote control to open the disc tray
3. Press the Volume button on your remote control until to the maximum value.

4. Press the Language button on your remote control.

5. The onscreen display will indicate the currently selected region
6. Using the Down button on your remote control, change the region to 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2, and so on.

7. Press the Enter button on your remote control

This works great and just to add a point that if you select 0 form the region menu that will play both region 1 and region 2 DVD,s thanks Dave this is now a perfect system for the money thanks again
