Does anyone out there know how to make the LG DP542H DVD player region free. I haven't bought one yet but I don't want to waste my money if it can't be done

Hi there it's me again. I looked at the LG DP542H DVD player from Argos and in the questions asked they said it was region 2 only. The ones from Amazon are reconditioned and I wanted to buy a new one as the price difference was minimal. If this is the case is there a code to make it region free.
