Page 1 of Philips 710 and RCE

I bought a Philips 710 about 2 years ago from Letsbuyit.com already set for Multi-Region.

I have no problem playing discs from other regions, however I`m unsure if the player will play RCE discs. Is there an easy way of knowing if its a remote hack or an actual hardware hack.

I have a one4all remote and the hack worked,if the serial number on bottom of the remote under the one4all logo is URC-7562 then your sorted.If it works could let me know if it plays rce disks,i don`t want to buy then unless i`m sure they will work.

I have recently bought a copy of "Not Another Teen Movie" which works fine on my player and is said to hace RCE.

Is it the case that my player is RCE compatible or is it possible my player isn`t and the disc doesn`t actually hace RCE!
