Page 1 of £200 to spend on a DVD player but which one - Can you help??

I am looking to purchase my first DVD player and have a budget of £200 can anyone help me with information on the folliwing players, good and bad.

AWIA 370
Toshiba SD100E
LG 3350E

Also are the above players clones or re-badged

I have a Panasonic TX-21V2 stereo television which one day I expect to upgrade to widescreen with surround sound so the player should be compatible with that.

The Aiwa 370 is an LG 3350 clone with no Dolby decoder and a few bookmarking features removed.
It has VCD playback though, the LG does not.
