Page 1 of how do u enable rgb on a dansai 852

i have just bought a 36" hitachi and if i enable rgb thro the scart its a purple screen i think i need to turn it on thro the dvd but i cantfind it any ideas peeps?

You have to press the v-mode button on the remote - it cycles through the video modes (composite, RGB + 1 other). You can`t preset it to RGB. It always resets to composite video when you switch on - can`t remember you may have to do this each time you load a new DVD.
