Does anyone know where I can get a multi region DVD player with Dolby Digital/DTS and preferably be able to play Video CDs for under £100?

cyberhome adl528 from richersounds.com is £99.95 with built in digital decoder and plays anything(vcd,svcds etc). Look them up on there web site for a store near you.

I`ve just bought the Dansai DVD-1010 at Tescos for £79.99 today.

That is Dolby and DTS, and the hack on this site for multi region.

You will need to order a free disk from the tesco helpline , which is on the dvd player when you buy it, to be able to play VCD and SVCD disks.
