dvd player compatible with telly without ntsc compatibilty

is there any multiregion dvd player i can get which will output the ntsc format to pal as my telly does not seem to like ntsc format.
i have failed with multiregion toshiba 220e from richer

A lot of the cheaper china made ones have PAL 50 output which works on any TV.

Not many of the big makes do but I think a JVC one does (sorry cant remember which model?)

i looked at the multiregion.co.uk and acc to that the chip for pioneer 350 has pure ntsc/pal output does that means it may be able to work with the telly without ntsc compatiibility

No, not according to below, only PAL 60. As I said you need PAL 50

I see Tesco are selling the Dansai 955 for £89.99. I had the 852 and it was PAL 50 as I recorded lots of NTSC discs to VHS.

thanks i got pioneer 350 from richer and after changing the play back mode it has started showing color pictures with my telly
it appears to make slight humming sound is it normal i also notice that i paid 10£ more than at techtronics
