Page 1 of Oh-oh! LECSON power-up woes anyone....?

All of a sudden my month-old Lecson DVD900 is reluctant to power up from stand-by on the remote.

Also, if I switch it Off/On on the player itself, it`s hit and miss whether it`ll power up!
Sometimes it merely "half-lights" the entire LED display....but not power up.
Eventually it`ll power up after a series of switching Off/On.

I`m loathe to continue like this as I think too much switching Off/On can be a bad thing.....?
A trip to Debenhams methinks.....

Anybody had similar with this model?

Touch wood, no problems. Sounds like yours is a gonner! Take it back, they should replace it without any hassle.

Anyone know if there is a way to disable macrovision on these players ??
