Page 1 of BUSH 2023 OWNERS PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I want a dolby 5.1 set up.However i dont really no what im talkin about. My dvd player says Dolby digital ready. Therefore if i buy the Videologic ZXR-500 5.1 channel speaker system, would this give me true 5.1 set up or do i need an amp/ decoder. Dont no if this even makes sense so any one who knows what they`re talkin about please help.

Can`t say that I`m an expert but I have a Bush2023 connected up through my 5.1 surround sound system and it works well. My understanding is that you WILL need the amp/decoder as the Bush 2023 audio output is bitstream and you need a decoder to get the 5.1 sound you`re looking for.
