I`M LOOKING TO GET ONE OF THESE FOR THE PC SO DOES ANY BODY RECOMEND A GOOD ONE + WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY THE DVD-R`S THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN THIS.........
It all depends on what format you are after, -R or +R.
Sony have just released a dual burner for around £250 from PC world etc, which means it can use both formats. Personally I prefer +R as it is more compatible with domestic DVD players. Dixons sells a Ricoh +RW drive for £199.
Blank discs can be yours for as little a £1 or cheaper for write once and £2 - 3 for rewritable. Try bigpockets.co.uk for full price lists. I hope this helps a little.
the pioneer 104 and 105 are very good value for money
