Page 1 of REL 150E settings

Got a Rel 150e and i just need to know what is everyone else using as the correct settings on the back. I know everyone has diff tastes and room sizes but i was wanting to know what the majority of you have it setup as. my questions are

Do you use the 12db LFE or 0dbLFE and then do you have it set on NUMBER 1 or NUMBER 2

basically do i need to use the 0dbLFE turn up the BASS and use settings 2 ? some people say 1 but im reading 2 is the setting that doesnt sample and is in the purest of sounds, if i can get the initial correct selector positions io can then fiddle with volume etc.
