My THA5R has started skipping when playing music CDs I have burnt onto CD-R. Has anyone else suffered from this problem?

I can`t say I have experienced this problem but I have had bother with Back to the future trilogy and the Guru which wont select the dts menu for me to choose that option, it skips back to the "homepage" if u like. Can you tell me if yours does this please, I noticed that both of them are made by universal pictures. I got the dvd player from techtronics.com and they want £23.50 for a courier to pick it up, I`m sure you know that Comet would come and pick yours up free of charge to look at, don`t shop online at techtronics, spread the word!! Cheers

I haven`t tried these DVDs that you mention you`re having trouble wiht - however all of the DVDs that I have that carry a DTS soundtrack work fine. I was having trouble wiht Pearl Harbor, the 2 disc DD edition which when loaded there was no option to move on the menu. It seems to have corrected it-self now though.

Thanks for the info regarding not buying from them, but I would never consider making such a large purchase of this nature on the Internet.

Thanks

Jim
