Help!

LilyAmelie (Harmless) posted this on Friday, 2nd May 2003, 05:39

I have been banging my head on the wall, over the whole region 1/region 2 thing. Today, I read about the hacks and I want to do it, but of course my current dvd player isn`t one of the ones that is listed on this site. My question is can anybody tell me of the DVD players listed, which is the best one for the least amount of money? I am lacking in the money department, since I am a college student, so I would only like to spend around $100. Any help that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

There are quite a few DVD players under £100 that come Multi Regional as new out of the box.
Cyberhome DVD 402 £80, Cyberhome DVD 405 £80 . (both these have codes to make multi regional).
Yamada DVD 2100 £85, Arianet 2233 £90, Arianet 2255 £100
Kiiro X5 Multi Region £95. Alba 114 £70

Before you rush out to get a new DVD...what is the model you already have ?
