Page 1 of Technika DVD 203 Lip Synch problem

Hi

I`ve recently bought the above player from Tesco.
I`ve used the code to change it to multiregion.
Now playing X-files series 2 (region 1) I am having lip synch problems.

Is this a recognised problem? Can anything be done about it?
I can`t find anything on the net so I am worried it may be a fault with my player.
