Page 1 of Sky+ help re £10 and extra sub

I wonder if someone can help! I am thinking of going with Sky+ now that the £10 a month is being scrapped.

I currently run tivo and a digibox with £31 package i.e. sports.

I`d still like to run Tivo on my current digibox and install sky+ to stand alone.

Can I therefore have a mirror sub for £10, run tivo and current digibox and sky+ in the same room ?
