Best deal on Sky Digital?
Ok,
I`m gonna get sky digital in as I have just moved house, who is doing the best deals on installation etc? Is there anywhere you can get a skybox with optical/coxial outputs on it included with installation?
Cheers
only settle for metal
If you apply online at http://www.sky.com/skycom/article/0,,90010-1078333,00.html you can get it installed for £1, providing you subscribe to Sky world :)
and if you have someone with sky (for example me) to recommend you the first month subscription is free ;)
cokie enjoy
RE: Best deal on Sky Digital?
Sky Plus has a lot more flexibility, digital outputs and the like.
It`s expensive at the mo, but I have it on good authority that Sky are really gonna push this hard, smash the price and scrap the extra £10 a month rip off.

They already did, last week.
£199 Sky+ box and I think, £50 install. Add your monthly channel subscription and thats it.
Normal Sky deal is a £1 online with 12 months contract to Sky World.
Retailer current offer is £10 install with Sky World subscription.
"ah" you say "better online then?"
Nope...online you are tied to Sky World for 12 months, so if thats what ya want, yeah it`s better....however, most retailers aren`t marking in the "promo code" so it allows you to switch packages after the first month ;)
(take me for example, with going on 400 DVD titles, Sky Movies is a waste of time...I aint into Sport so there goes roughly £20 a month if I do Sky World that I`ll never use!!)
Jimbo : oÞ
I had a Sky engineer out the other week and he said that on Sky+ they will be scraping the £10 extra charge and charging £99 for the equipment/instalation. Likely to happen within the next month apparently.
