All in one! any good ?

Hello

Are the all in one packages like the Sony DAV S300 any good, are they really inferior to seperates.

I have two choices a quality DVD player like the Sony 735 then sit back and wait a while before purchasing an a/v amp then speakers.....OR.........
do I purchase something like the Sony S300 all in one?

I will audition them but it may be impractical to compare them in their ultimate guise.

Any comments please

Save up for a bit and get the best that you can afford, if you buy cheaper stuff just because you`re impatient, you`ll end up hating it.
