Whats the best budget DVD player ??

Hi i am looking to get a budget/cheap DVD player for the girlfriends parents. I need it to play VCD`s, SVCD`s and possibly MP3`s. I was thinking about the Pacific from Asda does anyone know of any other offers at the moment.

The Cheaper the better :)
