Page 1 of DMR E50/60 Different specs for EB, EBS, EBSM

The Panasonic 50 and 60 seem to be sold as plain old 50 and 60 or with an EB, EBS or EBSM suffix. What do these different suffixes mean ??

As far as I know:

E=European
B=British (comes with a British mains plug instead of a continental style shaver plug)
S=Silver

Not sure about M... multiregion perhaps?
