I have just wasted a whole day waiting for a drop and pick as agreed with them.
Eventually rang, waited the usual 20 minutes on hold, and then they admitted it hadn`t even been despatched. They couldn`t even be bothered to ring and say there had been a problem!!
What do Scan actually think of the customer? No need to answer that, bear, I`m totally p***ed off and wish I had never been stupid enough to get involved with them. :-(

Sorry to hear about your recent problems with scan.

I have been through what you are experiencing and i know its frustrating.

Scan have recently set up a 24 hr sales line and i think that is why nelley has been absent for so long.

When i had problems getting anywhere with scan i emailed
yelsew[at]ku.oc.nacs and he sorted out my problems.

Try emailing him and see how you get on.If you get no word back -ring scan and get them to put you through to wesley aldred(customer services manger)and see if that helps.

Scan assure me it will be delivered tomorrow. Trouble is there will be no one here for the drop & pick, so Citylink will just leave a card. And then Scan tell me, it is my problem to sort that out. This could go on for weeks.

Over the past few weeks I have e-mailed Nelley & Wesley many times. Did eventually get a response after 4 emails to Nelley, agreeing to the pick & drop but with no details. Have spent hours on the phone trying to get anyone to sort things out. Left a message on Wesley`s answering machine, but he never replied.

I would never buy anything else from this firm, and could never recommend them to anybody else.

First off Bear -i have nothing to do with Nelley.

I have had 4 scans sent back due to faults so i have suffered from their poor cs myself on several occasions.

I appreciate scan needs to get its act together and sort out these problems immediatley as i think there is no excuse for this sort of service.

I try to help people on here by advising the best course of action based on my own experience.You on the other hand try to cause as much hassle as you can and ruin threads where people are simply looking for help and information.

Dont lecture me or other scan owners on how bad scan has treated its customers cos ive been there.

It is not a wonder that people on this forum take exception to your attitude.
I reckon i`m wasting my time even trying to talk to you as you clearly dont have the intellect to see anyone elses point of view.People know what you think about the scan already.

"xeno your nellys sick puppet" --have you run out of things to say and now you are resorting to personal attacks?I have no contact with nelley as my scan is an excellent machine and i dont need to contact him.

But if helping people means i have to put up with childish name calling from you so be it!

Get out once in a while and see the big wide world -get laid -do something that is constructive.

I have always taken your humour with a pinch of salt and occasionally it is genuinely amusing but that dosent excuse personal attacks on people with differing opinions-i dont agree with most of what you say on the hardware forum and i have never felt the need to hurl abuse.
