Page 1 of Matsui problems

i have got a matsui 120 i have noticed that it skips a lot and i have had problems playing some DVDs (me myself and irene) the what machine should i exchange it for at dixons without having to pay too much?

I had the same problems with this player, only Dixons wont change it for me as they say they cant find anything wrong with it, thats Bullshit though, some DVD`s just refuse outright to play on it :(

I`d recommend everyone not to buy anything from Dixons.

Most of their own brand Matsui stuff is useless. I worked there for 6 months a few years ago and we had endless returns of TV`s, VCR`s and Hi-fi`s because they broke down continuously - the build quality is terrible.

Trust me, save up for a bit longer and buy a better brand from a different store.
