Page 1 of sharp tv going to stand by on it own since sky was installed

i had a pretty basic set up, sharp 28" tv,samsung video and a dvd player.i had sky installed about 3 weeks ago and since installation my tv goes in to stand by on it own every now and again,scart conflict maybe? i have 3 scarts on the back of the tv the video is in av1 and the sky is in the euro scart, the tv`s on one minute and off the next! its so anoying. any ideas? >:(

Never heard of this one myself, but to test, disconnect Sky.

If the problem remains, there`s an option in the Sky menus to disable the auto-switch.
If that fails, snip pin 8 of the Sky scart lead.

If that fails....umm....I`d say the TV is faulty!
