You obviously mean real CDG karaoke discs.
I got a DV-995 DVD Player made or marketed by GVG (whoever they are) from the WH Smiths outlet at Cheshire Oaks near Ellesmere Port for 25 quid.
That was in mid November (so they may not have any now).
I specifically went for it `cos it had a "CD+G" logo on the front.
Have since got some real CDG discs and yes, it works fine.
