Page 1 of need help for proline DVD 2000!!!!!!!!!!

I want to play VCD`S on it ... and have done the hack and the hack command worked!
BUT

is there anyway at all! tht it will play vcd CD-R disks etc.....

realy need to!

or SVCD`S? its ment to play them ... arghhhhh

The Proline 2000 (clone of the Oritron 600) doesn`t support CD-Rs

It does support a few CD-RW (Memorex Platinum and MEI-Micro are meant to work)



Update:

Just tried a Princo CD-R disc (Maplins sell them) containing a CD Audio track, it worked but sound skipped everynow and then.
So VCD might work with the Princo disc unless it to gets affected by the skipping problem.

Verbatim Data Life Plus CDRWs and TDK CDRWs might work on the Proline 2000

AFAIK it doesn`t support SVCDs

oh well

i only got it yestarday so i may take it back
i want one that dose vcd`s see ... and seen as i make them my self i need to play them on a dvd player that takes cd-rw

cant realy be botherd to be too picky with what disks i use ,, lol aint got the money too

I have a proline DVD 2000 and i have changed the region code but i cant seem to get the VCD hack to work can anybody clear this up for me with some good guide or something. thanks
