What kind of DVD player will play burned VCD`s

Hello, I own a philips 825 DVD player, when I play my burnt vcd`s the scrolloing is screwed up and the picture is in black and white. What player can I purchase that will play these vcd`s without this problem? Thanks

Hi,

looks like you`re recording on NTSC and trying to watch them on a different color system. Could it be? Does the program you use outputs to any other color system than NTSC?
