Page 1 of Liteon Service and G.E Warranty - amazing

My poor overworked 5005 Liteon went into the shop for repair ten days back. I really have used it to death! I reckon I must have done around 2,000 6 hour SKY and set-top discs (sad ain`t it) :)

Today I took delivery of the 5006 `cos they said they couldn`t repair it, brand spanking new with a 25 spindle of disks as goodwill.

How much better does it get?

very nice :D if only there competitors where as good when it comes to customer service.

I could hardly believe it. At best I thought I was going to get a hefty repair bill!

This sort of thing never happens to me.

On the basis of my luck with this I`m going to do the Euromillions! hehe
