Need a new DIVX player

xfg (Elite Donator) posted this on Friday, 16th September 2005, 23:01

My Skyworth player is starting to act up, it`s being very slow loading up SVCDs and sometimes not recognsing .avi discs at all, and it was stuttering towards the end of a DVD yesterday. :(

I need a new one, can anyone recommend one with the following spec:
1. Less than £50
2. Plays MP4
3. Multi-Region (obviously)

Or otherwise a recordable one (multi-format) for under about £120.

Ta!

I agree with oggy. The Tevion QS808 from Aldi £33 is a great buy. Played all but one of 9 divx/xvid files put on a DVD+r D/l and the only one that didnt play had sound probs but thats probably the encoding method. A great little player that has played everything thrown at it.

The only issue (if you can call it that is it has no dts out)
